Rachel McPherson, Founder of her firm, Mutuality, works with for profit corporations and nonprofit entities to help them go farther, faster by creating and cultivating innovative and customized partnerships. Rachel's background includes over 20 years in commercial real estate, with an advisory focus in health and wellness. In 2016, she worked for Governor Andrew Cuomo as Director of Special Partnerships, where she helped to assemble the New York State Interfaith Advisory Council as well as the New York State Council on Women and Girls. She is passionate about aligning the interest of socially conscious for-profit businesses with the needs and infrastructure of the nonprofits sector.
